Accident reports dated August 15, 2008 or later are available
on-line. Typically, it takes ten (10) business days for an accident
report to be made available on-line, and there are certain accident reports that
may not be available on-line, such as:
- Those that occurred in another agency’s jurisdiction
- Those involving serious injuries and/or fatalities
- Those involving driving under the influence and other criminal offenses
- Those involving juvenile offenders
The Sheriff reserves the right to further restrict the availability of on-line accident
reports.
